After the KHC identified mental health as a top priority, employer members began discussing how to address the mental health of not just their current workforce but that of their future workforce. Thus, the KHC began a new collaborative partnership with the Student Alliance for Mental Health Innovation and Action (StAMINA). StAMINA is a network of passionate students driving the movement to improve youth mental health. For more information about StAMINA’s work to improve youth mental wellbeing, visit their website.
